Check-in time 3 p.m.

Check-out time 11 am.

To guarantee an early check-in, we recommend making the reservation the night before. Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. has a charge of 50% of the rate, subject to availability, until after 6:00 p.m. the charge is one full night.

Minors policy

Children under 2 years old can share the room with their parents at no extra charge and a crib is provided.

Transfers and arrival time

Let us know if you need help with airport transfers.

If you do not need transfers, please inform us of your arrival time at the hotel.

No Smoking Policy

SLS Puerto Madero is smoke-free in both rooms and public areas.

We are Pet Friendly!

We accept small dogs (up to 15 kg) with a daily charge of USD 25+VAT. If your pet is going to accompany you on your trip, please ask us about the requirements and conditions. It is necessary to make a prior reservation.

Parking

We have our own parking subject to availability. Daily charge per vehicle $AR 5000.- (rate may be modified without prior notice)

Personal identification and credit card guarantee policy

At the time of check-in, all people staying, including children, must present a Passport or Document with a photo. They must also present a personal credit card as collateral. You will not be able to enter the hotel without these requirements.

VAT 21%

Non-resident guests are exempt from this tax. To access this benefit, the following documentation must be presented at check-in: Passport or DNI that demonstrates residence abroad and proof of entry to the country issued by Migrations of Argentina (no more than 90 days before the date exit). It is necessary to pay for the stay with a non-Argentine credit or debit card. If paying in cash, 21% tax must be paid.

DUU

The Government of the City of Buenos Aires created a tourism promotion entity called “Visit Buenos Aires”, which applies a tax to international visitors of Urban Use Rights (DUU) of 1.5 USD per person per night, which will be charged to all non-resident tourists in Argentina over 12 years of age (inclusive).
